We partner with physicians to proactively outreach to right-fit candidates through email, SMS and phone, then remotely monitor enrolled patients to track and analyze nutrition and physical activity. We utilize this lifestyle data to better understand and influence behaviors through an innovative mobile app and one-to-one weekly health coaching calls.
