Lutheran Care Center has been a life enhancing community since 1998. We provide the medical, social, and spiritual care residents need to live well and maintain personal dignity through purposeful living. Each resident has different medical, therapeutic, and recreational needs. Our team develops an individualized plan of care with the resident and their caregivers in a comfortable home-like environment.
Our 120-bed skilled nursing care center is a modern and attractive home surrounded by gardens and rolling acres that were formerly farmland. We have 40 sub-acute rehabilitation guest rooms available for short-term and extended rehabilitation, including an inpatient therapy gym.
Services provided include comprehensive occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech language pathology services. We also have a memory care unit that provides residents with a safe and secure environment – and provides families with peace of mind.
Lutheran Care Center has a chapel with beautiful stained-glass windows, a library, recreation and special event rooms, and a conference center. Barber and beauty services are available onsite weekly. Resident rooms have flat-screen televisions, and the building has Internet access.
Although grounded in Lutheran tradition, we serve adults of all ages and faiths, offering highly skilled and compassionate care for short-term and extended stays.
