Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Monitors and controls the day-to-day supervision and implementation of raw material, in process, finished product sampling, inspection, and testing procedures of raw materials, in process, and finished products. Implement and follow quality standards and policies. Suggest changes in procedures, documentation, and measuring and testing equipment. Investigate plant quality issues and work with other departments’ personnel to resolve. Manage customer complaints investigation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures compliance with quality system documents, cGMPs, ISO standards and FDA regulations. Reviews SOPs and GOPs for updates to facility procedures. Identifies and develops opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures.
