Job Description Busy Dermatology office is seeking a full-time in house Medical Biller/Coder to work in billing and claim review department. Responsibilities * Daily coding of Evaluation and Management (E/M) * Perform posting charges and completion of claims to payers in a timely fashion * Work claims and claim denials to ensure maximum reimbursement for services provided Skills * (CPC) Certified Professional Coder/Biller (or in the process of certification) * Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Medical Biller * Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment * Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines * Excellent problem-solving skills * Passion for helping the underserved and vulnerable * Medicare, Medicaid/Medi-Cal, PPO, HMO * Dermatology Billing experiences required * PracticeSuite, CMD, or any other Billing Software experienced required * Insurance eligibility, Pre Auth knowledge and experiences...
