Community Health of Central Washington

Community Health of Central Washington (CHCW) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and home to Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program. We own and operate multiple clinics in Yakima and Kittitas counties in Washington State. Our mission is to provide quality healthcare through service and education.
