Health Information Management - HIM - Coder - Inpatient  The Inpatient Coder is responsible for coding discharged inpatient encounters. May work in collaboration with Clinical Documentation Improvement nurses. Utilizes Clintegrity encoder for DRG assignment. Submits coding queries as necessary for appropriate provider clarification. Maintains coding knowledge and certifications.
