GENERAL SUMMARY The Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine is looking for a qualified medical biller to join our team of board certified physicians and medical staff. JOB DESCRIPTION: Processes and reviews reports within the billing system to research information required to complete the patient collection process. Reviews patient balances to ensure they are accurate. Correct claims and resubmit as necessary. Handles phone inquiries from patients regarding balances. Answers questions from check out regarding patient copays, deductibles and outstanding balances. Meet with patient face-to-face when patient is in office Confirm and verify patient insurance coverage and benefits. Any other duties as assigned.
