Job Description The Revenue Cycle Director will be working on-site at North Texas Medical Center (NTMC), in Gainesville, Texas. North Texas Medical Center, is a 60-bed acute care hospital located 60 miles north of Dallas-Fort Worth and five miles south of the Texas-Oklahoma border. North Texas Medical Center has served Cooke County and neighboring communities for more than 40 years. Under the direction of the CFO, the Revenue Cycle Director plans, organizes, directs, and supervises department programs. Ensures service excellence development, personnel management, and resource allocation and control. Assumes direction of participation in special projects as needed.
