Position Overview The Customer Service Supervisor manages employees and shift operations, greets and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients.
Responsibilities Greet employees as they enter and exit for their shifts and be attentive to the ebb and flow of daily traffic patterns.
Oversee parking operations and ensure 24/7 professional parking management under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
Build a "Never Ever Give Up" culture.
Respond promptly to problems and resolve them, while demonstrating a caring attitude and developing rapport with employees and customers.
Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and direct traffic safely.
Close traffic lanes when necessary and communicate the issue to the team, remaining attentive to traffic until resolved.
Monitor all kiosks and pay stations, report any device issues, and provide clear instructions to customers.
Promote excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
