CALDWELL MEDICAL CENTER JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Clinic Medical Assistant Supervisor DEPARTMENT: Caldwell Medical Associates - Clinic Offices REPORTS TO: Clinic Manager SUPERVISES: Medical Assistants (MA) POSITION SUMMARY: Supervises MA clinic staff by assigning daily work, scheduling staff, and serving as liaison between Clinic Manager, Providers, and staff. In addition, the Clinical Supervisor will work closely with Providers, Nursing staff, families, visitors and CMC Administration. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Plans, coordinates and supervises the delivery of clinic MA services. Ensures compliance with government regulations. Hires and trains new staff.
