Mohawk Valley Health Systems is seeking a Coding Supervisor who will, under the direction of the CDI & Coding Director, maximize resources and supervise the coding team. The role focuses on monitoring coder quality and productivity to ensure accurate coding and compliant documentation. The position requires leadership experience in hospital coding with strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, DRGs, and coding guidelines, plus CPC/CCS/RHIT credentials. Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of CDI & Coding the Coding Supervisor will maximize organization resources to effectively supervise the coding team. The Coding Supervisor will monitor coders for quality and productivity. Core Job Responsibilities Supervise and establish competencies and work flows processes for coding staff. Ensure staff follows procedures, protocols, and processes.
