Front Desk Supervisor Operating under the supervision of the Center Operations Director, the Front Desk Supervisor organizes and directs the front desk staff, coordinates activities and schedules, and ensures quality standards for patient care services.
Essential Responsibilities Lead a team of Care Facilitators and other front desk staff, set performance goals, develop talent, and implement improvement initiatives.
Instill company values and behaviors, build culture, promote retention, and conduct onboarding and coaching.
Execute core model procedures per the Center Playbook and ensure compliance with operational excellence and scheduling optimization.
Ensure 100% patient scheduling, including priority patients (Top 40 and risk score 70+), follow‑up for IP/ER discharge, and completion of THV‑EE and CMAP schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient VIP experience, handle escalated issues, and support PCP scheduling to avoid booking conflicts.
