Job Description Job Description Toledo Clinic's ENT Department is seeking a full-time Coder. This position requires a strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes and previous coding experience in a medical office setting. This position will work Monday-Friday, 8-4:30. No weekends or holidays. General Summary: Responsible for application of CPT and ICD-9 (10) codes to all procedures performed for a given date of service for The Toledo Clinic, as well as tracking of patients seen and working all eCW claims for denials, errors. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Example of Essential Duties: Codes visits utilizing the ICD-10 and CPT codes from patient visit documentation.
