Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center

PVHMC is a nationally recognized, and award winning, 412 Bed, Non-Profit, acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center. Rehabilitation Services at PVHMC were established in 1954 and currently have 75 licensed therapists and 108 Associates. Rehab includes 5 Services: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. In addition to our Inpatient care, the PVHMC campus is home to our 11,000 sq. ft. outpatient clinic. We also offer rehab services at 5 outpatient clinics in the neighboring cities of Claremont, La Verne and Chino Hills. Two of these outpatient practices are exclusively pediatrics.
