EyeCare Partners is seeking an RCM Medical Coding Specialist to evaluate medical records and ensure compliance with coding standards, including ICD-10-CM and CPT. The Specialist will also train and guide physicians and staff on coding best practices, ensuring optimal reimbursement and accuracy in documentation.
Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D., with at least 2 years of medical coding experience. Additional qualifications include CPC, RHIT, ART, or CCS coding credentials.
