Job Summary: Perform complex clinical laboratory testing to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Ensure accurate, timely results while following all quality and safety standards. Collaborate with clinicians and lab team members across multiple shifts. Key Responsibilities: Perform and verify testing across core lab disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunoassay, and microbiology as applicable. Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers. Review, interpret, and validate results with appropriate quality control and proficiency testing.
