Receives and review charge documents from the physicians for hospital services. Ensures charge information provided is correct and accurate. Maintains all records of hospital activity as performed by the physicians.   Qualifications   High School Diploma or GED   One year of data entry experience. Certified Professional Coder/ Hospital Coder. Demonstrates strong ability to accurately code complex medical or surgical procedures. Computer experience required.
