Job Description Job Description Position Summary: The Front-Office Manager works closely with the Health Center Operations Manager and is responsible for the supervision and management of front office staff to include Front Desk Receptionist (s), Medical Schedulers, Medical Records and Referral Coordinator (s). This position is responsible for delivery of exceptional quality patient experiences. Duties and Responsibilities Oversees and manages the day to day operational functions of the front desk and assumes responsibility for direct reporting personnel, front desk orientation of new front office staff and ongoing staff development training.
