Certificate must be Hema or APC (American Professional Coders) Responsibilities: Post charges, payments, and refunds accurately Handle denial claim follow-up and accounts receivable/payable. Conduct credentialing, transmit claims, and manage prior authorizations. Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and clearinghouses.
