JOB DESCRIPTION OPERATING ROOM PERIOPERATIVE NURSE SUPERVISOR - PUGO JOB PURPOSE Leadership position to include clinical, supervisor, and administrative duties relevant to surgical operations. The Perioperative Nurse Supervisor must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of clinical and technical aspects of procedures performed in the Operating Room. The Perioperative Nurse Supervisor is responsible for functioning in the role of team/patient facilitator. Assists with orientation, training, and education of personnel. Acts as a liaison between surgeons, management, and team members to facilitate.
