We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented Medical Coder to join our billing and coding team. Position Summary The Medical Coder is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation and assigning appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses and procedures. This position ensures accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies to maximize reimbursement and minimize denials. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in an in-office medical practice and must be comfortable managing the day-to-day medical billing and coding functions of a physician practice.
