Responsibilities Responsible for following up on unpaid claims, appeals, claim resubmissions, and patient collections. Must have 3+ years’ experience in medical office billing department. ICD-10 and CPT code terminology. Completes other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned by manager. Help support other team members and remote practice staff as needed. Check patient eligibility.
