Job Title: Credit Balance Specialist (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Fort Worth, TX (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50 – $19.50 per hour

Our client, a growing healthcare services organization, is seeking a Credit Balance Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis . This role is responsible for managing patient and insurance refunds, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely processing of credit balances. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Print refund checks from multiple systems within designated client deadlines.
Generate and maintain check registers for client approval prior to releasing refunds.
Track and manage all refund-related documentation and processes.
