Professional Fee Coder - Analyst II Under the direction of the Revenue Manager and Associate Director, the Analyst II will support revenue operations related to coding, auditing, and training for designated areas. Responsibilities include providing education and training to physicians and clinical staff on documentation to ensure compliance with coding guidelines. The Analyst II will perform an in‑depth review of physician documentation, present findings and recommendations to the department, assign codes based on chart review, resolve coding issues resulting from denials, and identify areas for improvement. Job Description ***New Hires are eligible for a Sign-On Bonus*** Under the general direction of the Revenue Manager/Associate Director, this position is expected to function as a senior coder with a high degree of accuracy, proficiency, and production in the areas and specialties covered by the Faculty Practice Revenue Management Operations coding team. Applies specialized coding knowledge to manage a large range of coding combinations (approximately 1,500 – 5,000 combinations).
