Hcc Coder Job Title: Hcc Coder Department: Risk Adjustment Hours per week: 40 F/T or P/T status: Full time Schedule/Hours: M-F, 8 am - 5 pm Job Summary Coordinates/Supports retrospective and concurrent chart reviews using knowledge of Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) risk adjustment coding to translate, input, extract and validate medical record data. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). AAPC/AHIMA certification. CRC certification required within 1 year of employment.
