Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Inpatient Coder for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Weatherford, TX. (100% Remote CST hours) Responsibilities : Inpatient coders handling a spectrum of cases-transplants, vascular, cardiology, neuro, etc. Productivity expected: 1.1 charts per hour on average, but variable depending on case complexity. Evaluated monthly, as daily productivity can fluctuate based on patient length of stay and pending accounts. Required Skills : Minimum preferred: 3-5 years, ideally 5 years, specifically in academic or acute care settings. Required: CCS, RHIT, or RHIA. Must use Epic EHR.
