Responsibilities and duties : Responsibilities include independently performing control testing Evaluating control design and operating effectiveness, and clearly documenting test procedures, results, and audit findings to produce high-quality deliverables within established timelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5-6 years of experience in SOX compliance and internal audit, including key control testing, remediation, control design assessments, and process documentation (e.g., flowcharts) Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements Preferred: Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA) Prior Big Four and/or public company experience Media & Entertainment industry experience
