Clinical Educator- ICU and SDU at Conneaut and Geneva Medical Centers Travels between Conneaut and Geneva Medical Centers supporting ICU and SDU units. A brief overview: The clinical educator provides and evaluates clinical education for licensed and unlicensed staff on all shifts and facilitates evidenced-based practice. What you will do: Collaborates with unit leadership to ensure staff competency upon hire and annually. Supports leadership by facilitating staff's adherence to accreditation standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
