As a Medical Billing Supervisor you will: Supervise the work of the Revenue Cycle Team by delegating work, monitoring progress, and evaluating work product for timeliness, quality, and compliance with policy and procedures Coordinating and leading daily team activities Assisting with management decisions and activities Providing feedback about team members to management Developing new processes and improving existing processes in pursuit of team goals with emphasis on quality, efficiency, and speed.
