Overview Provides leadership, direction, and supervision to the Medical Records Staff. Oversees the functions and activities of the staff and performs duties of staff as needed. Maintains confidentiality of records within the department. Qualifications EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT Associate's degree from a 2-year college or technical school, or two (2) years (60 credit hours) coursework from a 4-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT At least two (2) years of experience in a related field. COMPUTER SKILLS An individual should know Database software and Spreadsheet software.
