Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a Coder Analyst - Inpatient on behalf of our client, a non-profit healthcare system, located in Buffalo, NY. This position is responsible for accurately coding acute inpatient hospital, skilled nursing facility (SNF), and rehabilitation medical records to support appropriate reimbursement, regulatory compliance, quality reporting, and clinical research. The Coder Analyst - Inpatient will review complex medical documentation, assign ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT codes, collaborate with physicians and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) teams, and ensure coding accuracy in accordance with federal regulations and industry standards.
