This shall include the direction, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of the professional staff, supportive staff, and students providing rehab services to patients. The Supervisor will also perform the duties of a clinical therapist. The Supervisor will promote smooth operations, prompt and effective response to problems/concerns, continued department development, and program expansion. This position is also responsible for coordination of interdepartmental functions and activities to ensure smooth and effective operations consistent with the objectives of the department, the facility, and of the Frazier Rehab Institute.
