Department: Hospital Coding Service Shift: Day Working Hours: REMOTE- FLEXIBLE Summary: Responsible for identifying principal and secondary diagnoses, and procedures on hospital accounts with extensive knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT coding goals; capitalize on opportunities and manage associated coding and coding outcome risks. Assists with helping to set priorities as appropriate; takes initiatives based on knowledge, priorities and goals.
