Position 34537 Carolinas Medical Center - Nursing: 10L Medical ICU. Full time. 36 hours per week, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. Pay range $44.15 – $66.25. Where You Will Work The Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) is a 29‑bed unit focused on patients with respiratory distress, pneumonia, sepsis, multi‑system organ failure, renal/hepatic failure, overdose, and respiratory and cardiac arrest. The team utilizes ventilator support, ECMO, and Extended Time Renal Replacement (XTRRT). The unit operates at a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio and has an AACN Beacon Gold Designation.
