Job Description Medical Billing Specialist Immediate need for a Medical Insurance Specialist. Certified coder preferred but not required. Only resumes with recent relevant experience will be considered. Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to CPT, ICD9 and ICD10 coding , reviewing EOB's and posting payments, electronic submitting claims, appealing / correcting claims, and / or work with the patient to provide details regarding pre-existing information and / or coordination of benefits. Need to have knowledge of most commercial insurances, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plans, calling insurance companies to dispute claims over the phone. Excellent verbal and written communication skills must have outstanding customer service, bilingual a must.
