Job Description Job Description Primary Purpose of the Position: The Supervisor, Operations is responsible for the daily oversight of the administrative and clinical operations of assigned practices, departments, and/or programs to meet the needs of physicians, patients, and staff and support the mission and vision of Children’s-Hospital Los Angeles Medical Group. Essential Duties of the Position: • Understands and supports the business requirements and fiscal structure of the Medical Group, including patient assignment, risk and specialty network structures, and utilization management.
