Job Description Job Description Description: Coder II (Profee Coding - PF) accurately codes all appropriate diagnoses, procedures, E/M, HCC codes. Regularly monitors the appropriate hold accounts to facilitate timely coding. Has full access to patient health information Coder II (PF) will provide brief OGCR (Official Guidelines for Coding & Reporting) or Coding Clinic education to the coding team at least twice per calendar year. Coder II (PF) will also serve as a resource for coding and or process questions from the Coder Trainees or Coder I teams as appropriate. Coder II (PF) has the option to work remotely as long as quality and productivity benchmarks are met*. If quality and/or productivity falls below expectations for 2 successive reviews, the Coder II (PF) will be required to work on-side for a minimum of 3 days per week until quality and productivity benchmarks are consistently met.
