Powell Recovery Center

Powell Recovery Center is looking to expand our Billing Team. This Senior Billing Specialist role will perform Billing, Collections, and Accounts Receivable tasks for the different clinical programs at Powell Recovery Center.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience required
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Health Records required; Netsmart experience required
  • Working knowledge of Maryland Medicaid payer system for Behavioral Health required
  • Working knowledge of Substance Abuse and Mental Health authorizations preferred
  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Windows Suit
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Behavioral health billing: 1 year (Required)
  • Netsmart Electronic Medical Record: 1 year (Required)
