Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Facility Coder with a minimum of 5 years of hospital/facility coding experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with one-path coding for Inpatient, Observation, Swing Bed, and Ambulatory Surgery encounters. We are looking for more than someone who can assign codes. We need an experienced coder who can review the entire encounter, understand the clinical picture, recognize documentation and compliance concerns, research complex coding scenarios, and confidently manage multiple client responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
