Associate Director - Field Medical Capability Lead The Associate Director - Field Medical Capability Lead is responsible for building and maintaining the operational and tactical infrastructure that enables Field Medical teams to execute consistently and effectively across North America. This role includes end-to-end onboarding and readiness processes for all field and HQ medical hires, ensuring they are equipped with the systems knowledge, scientific engagement behaviors, and tactical skills needed for success.
