About This Role The Associate Director - Field Medical Capability Lead is responsible for building and maintaining the operational and tactical infrastructure that enables Field Medical teams to execute consistently and effectively across North America. This role includes end-to-end onboarding and readiness processes for all field and HQ medical hires, ensuring they are equipped with the systems knowledge, scientific engagement behaviors, and tactical skills needed for success. It translates strategic frameworks into practical tools, playbooks, and workflows, manages congress and launch readiness plans, and oversees resources such as checklists, trackers, and centralized hubs. About This Role The Associate Director, Medical Strategy & Operations (S&O) Lead is a strategic operations leader within North America (NA) Medical Affairs and a core member of the Specialty Care & Evidence Generation (SC&EG) Medical Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Medical Strategy, Operations, and Excellence (MSO&E), North America. The role drives strategy-to-execution integration, enterprise alignment, and coordination of governance processes and operating rhythm across the SC&EG and Biogen North America.
