Job Description Job Description Local Eyecare Clinic / Medical Biller Pay: $16/hour Hours: Monday - Friday Job Duties: Prepare, submit, and follow up on medical claims to insurance providers. Review claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with billing guidelines. Resolve denied or rejected claims by conducting research and submitting corrections or appeals. Post payments, adjustments, and maintain accurate patient account records. Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and patients regarding billing inquiries. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations when needed. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all billing regulations.
