Job Description A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a HIM Coder . Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 5+ Months Location: Remote (looking for candidates based out in HI, CA, WA or OR) As a HIM Coder, you will: Review inpatient and outpatient medical records daily to identify and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes. Abstract clinical data and ensure coding is completed within required productivity and compliance timelines.
