Hybrid | Des Moines, IA (Onsite Tues–Thurs, Remote Mon/Fri) $40/hour | 6-Month Contract with Potential for Conversion We are seeking a Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) to support Medicare Risk Adjustment initiatives through detailed HCC medical record reviews and direct provider engagement. This role is ideal for someone confident, collaborative, and comfortable working onsite with provider teams to drive documentation accuracy and performance improvement. Start Date: 2/24/2025 Contract: 6 month CTH HARD Requirements: Facility outpatient complex coding experience (5+ years experience) with at least 1 year educator/lead/etc. Could be someone who has worked 50/50 with education and productivity as their main responsibilities. Additional related education and/or experience preferred. ED experience is a plus. Outgoing and able to speak publicly to large teams virtually.
