The Access Biller Representative is an initial contact for patient billing concerns and payments. Performs billing functions and provides patient education regarding copays, deductibles, etc. The rep must confirm proper documentation is occurring in the patient accounting system. The Access Biller Representative can offer the patient a payment plans following hospital payment plan guidelines.
