This position includes: Responsible for reviewing and entering charges for Orthopaedic MD visits, surgeries, PA visits, ED consults. Post insurance payments, work denials and rejections, follow up on any unpaid or denied claims in a timely manner Post patient payments Maintain detailed records of claim submissions, correspondences and resolutions Work with insurance companies, healthcare providers or other relevant parties to resolve claim denials. Process patient and/or insurance refunds as needed Assist with entry-level coding tasks Responds to questions and requests from leadership, providers, payers and patients Manage the collection process for all patient accounts...
