Job Description Job Description Summary of Position : The Accounts Payable Coder performs a variety of accounts payable tasks related to the maintenance and processing of payable account records and coding of invoices. The AP Coder is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services. This includes monitoring payments and expenditures. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for the position. Primary Job Responsibilities : Receive and code invoices for entry into Bolo Accounting System. Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval. Research past due invoices/ duplicate invoices/ rejected invoices/incorrect payments. Respond to vendor calls/assist vendors with invoicing/coding/routing questions. Review expense accounts to ensure all expenses are recorded appropriately and coded correctly.
