Job Description: Reviews complex documentation from records to identify appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes (ICD, PCS, CPT). Uses coding guidelines, clinics, LCDs and NCDs and other resources and clinics to accurately assign and sequence appropriate codes and assign DRG.
