Our Medical Billers act as an integral part of our team, ensuring claims are filled appropriately with insurances and act as a liaison in the process with our patients. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Submit claims to the appropriate insurance companies Follow up on unpaid claims monthly Conduct audits Process payments, repayments and denials Investigate and resolve denied claims Prepare Medicare reviews Make collection calls Answer patient calls and questions Maintain confidentiality of patient information as required by HIPAA guidelines Input detailed notes on claims Other duties as assigned Qualifications...
