Ensure claims, appeals and other correspondence are valid prior to sending to third party payers. Validation is obtained by making appropriate phone calls and then updating the information in the system with detailed account notes. Obtain knowledge of assigned insurance company guidelines to process A/R correctly. Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness and obtain missing information.
